(90s): we had classes where we learned how to touch-type, and work through mathematical problems on a computer

high schooling involved covering touch typing and turtle geometry/graphic manipulation games, we eventually leading onto more complicated software packages such AS Access which was a nice introduction to databasing. One could even do a computer subject for matriculation.

My kindergarden had an attached computer lab; it was primarily used for after school activities and I was one of the student who was let loose - I remember drawing with turtle and playing sokoban - but no set syllabus - it was more as an optional for interested kids (late 80s to early 90s - kindergartenprep/primary school).
